Marion Performing Arts Center

The Marion School District Performing Arts Center is a new academic facility for the Marion School District. The new facility will house an auditorium designed to seat up to 925 people for performances and presentations of all kinds ranging from theater and band performances as well as projected movies and school ceremonies. The building is built on a prime corner location at the entrance to the school and will serve to define the entry to the whole campus as well as the athletic fields. The building is a combination of braced frame and load-bearing masonry construction clad with gyp boards, brick, alucabond, and plaster.
