The New Horizons Health Center is a new clinic facility for East Arkansas Family Health Center, a nonprofit healthcare group dedicated to helping the underserved. The program includes two medical suites for adults and children as well as dentistry, pharmacy, community outreach, and administration. The building is organized around a main spine with tall clerestory windows to orient visitor inside the building. The main axis of the building is directed towards the woods with large glass curtain walls at each end to bring the woods into the space and promote a calm and welcoming atmosphere. The building is a braced frame construction with metal studs finished with gyp board, brick, alucabond and metal panels
